Choc Cupcakes with choc butter cream frosting

Sahabat2 sekalian...ingatlah,orang yg solat 5 waktu pun masuk neraka.. namanya neraka wil.. kerana mereka lalai dalam solat, dan mereka menyokong perkara maksiat, tidak mahu mencegah dan membanteras maksiat, tidak mahu berbuat kebajikan,.. apatah lagi orang yang tak solat dan dia selalu bermaksiat.. nauzubillahiminzalik..


Sayyidina Uthman r.a yang ada tiket masuk syurga pun menangis sampai basah janggutnya sebab takut nak tempuh alam kubur.. Kita tiket pun tak ada, tak menangis langsung malah sibuk lagi lalai cari harta dunia.. -UAI-

Tadi mama buat cupcake..sebenarnya mama tak nak buat,telur pun dah kehabisan stok,tapi mama teringin sangat nak cuba buat coklat butter cream...mama pun gedak geduk kat dapur,buat coklat butter cream.. lepas siap,fikir pulak nak bubuh kat mana BC yg mama dah buat..dah rasa sedap pulak,nak calitkan dengan roti aje ke?biskut kering ke?...last2 suruh hubby gi beli telur...Husna pun dah ngorok mama pun cepat2 siapkan coklat cupcakes... resepi ni agak lain sbb guna kan icing sugar,pada mama bagi yg nak mencuba tu bole tukarkan icing sugar tu dengan soft brown sugar atau castor sugar.....




Resepinya:

175gm butter-lembutkan
150gm gula aising
45gm serbuk koko
90gm air panas
1 sdt esen vanilla
3 biji telur A
75gm whipping cream
175gm tepung gandum
1/2 sdt baking powder
1/2 sdt soda bikarbonat

Campurkan serbuk koko bersama air panas, ketepikan.
ayak tepung, baking powder n soda, ketepikan.
pukul butter n gula aising hingga pucat. masukkan campuran koko n esen vanillan, pukul rata. masukkan telur sebiji2, rata. masukkan juga whipped cream, campur rata. masukkan tepung, gaul sebati. masukkan 3/4 penuh dalam cawan kertas n bakar pada 170'c selama 25-30min. sejukkan n hias dengan ganache.

Resepi ni mama gugel tak translate...mama main hentam aje..tak reti sangat bahasa omputeh...hehehe)

Quick chocolate butter cream frosting:

basic buttercream frosting by adding unsweetened chocolate. Use this fluffy frosting to decorate cakes and cupcakes or as a filling for baked goods.
Ingredients:

8 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
6 cups confectioners' sugar
16 Tbs. (2 sticks) unsalted butter
6 Tbs. milk, plus more, if needed
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Have all the ingredients at room temperature.

Put the chocolate in the top pan of a double boiler set over but not touching simmering water in the bottom pan. Stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Let cool to room temperature.

In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the flat beater, combine the confectioners' sugar, butter, the 6 Tbs. milk, the vanilla and salt and beat on low speed until combined, about 1 minute. Stop the mixer and scrape down the sides of the bowl. Increase the speed to medium and beat for 2 minutes, then reduce the speed to low. Add the chocolate and beat until combined, then increase the speed to medium and beat for 1 minute more.

If the frosting is dry, add more milk, 1 tsp. at a time, until it is creamy but still holds peaks. Makes about 4 1/2 cups.

Mama buat separuh dari resepi diatas...banyak sangat...butter pun mama guna setengah buku aje



Bagi yg suka coklat2 mesti suka kan rasa kombinasi cake dan cream coklat ni...jum cuci mata hasil fhotographer amatur ni...hehehe( tq suami ku!)
